Osa Marine Dreamland

$1050 per person

Join us on our Osa Marine Dreamland package that has the ocean and marine mammal lovers in mind. The best Osa Peninsula tours in one package!

While many flock to Drake Bay specifically for their abundance of wildlife found on land, not everyone realizes that our surrounding Pacific Ocean harbors an equally vibrant landscape filled with exciting wildlife. We have rounded up the top-rated marine Osa Peninsula tours.

This 4 night, 5 day package was designed with with our ocean loving guests in mind. We have created an action packed schedule that takes you across the fascinating and lively landscapes around Drake Bay. From exploring and snorkeling (or diving) Caño Island, to taking a full day boat tour in search of dolphins and whales, there is not a marine beat you will miss.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival To Drake

Arrive to Drake Bay via air, car or boat from Sierpe (We arrange this based on your request)

Day 2: Caño Island

Your first full day starts with a Caño Island tour. You can choose between snorkeling, diving, or just enjoying the boat and the island. The island is made up of a chain of coral, and different depths of the sea floor, creating a fast array of ocean landscapes. It is rated the 2nd best diving site in Costa Rica, just below Cocos Island.

Day 3: Land Based Tour

The third day our guests can choose between a few options. We recommend land based tours for this day, either Los Planes Ranger station or San Pedrillo Ranger station of Corcovado National Park

Day 4: Marine Mammals

On the last full day we will head out on the open ocean in search of pods, or even mega-pods of dolphins! Some frequently seen species of cetaceans in and around the waters of Drake Bay are spotted dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, spinner dolphin, rough-toothed dolphin and occasionally the false killer whales! If the season is right, there is a huge chance of seeing active Humpback Whales.

Day 5: Departure

Your group will prepare to leave Drake Bay, either onwards to San Jose for departure, or continuing your Costa Rica journey.

We can arrange any custom made packages for you based on your budget and needs.

We offer an array of hotels and eco-lodges in the Drake Bay area.
